We are located 20km from Nantes, near the shops of Petit Mars and surrounded by nature, you will be charmed by the great bucolic calm of the place.
If you are looking for a comfortable and inexpensive accommodation in a tourist or business trip, here you will find a pleasant and comfortable stopover.
The four rooms each have their own color. Comfortable and simply furnished they are all on the ground floor, two are garden sided and two overlooks the lovely courtyard. The common points: calm and serenity!
Batheroom and toilets are shared.
For all rooms, sheets and towels are provided.
Animals are accepted with permission

Each room is at 38 € per night for 1 person, 48 € for 2 people (included : full breakfast, towels, free WIFI,
free parking)
Free for children up to 5 years old. A baby bed is at your disposal, on request.
How to get to us
We are located 20km north of Nantes
- By car, access from Paris by the A11, exit Ancenis then direction Nort-sur-Erdre.
- Train station SNCF in Nantes then Tram-Train to Nort-sur-Erdre.
- From Nantes center, Tramway 1, then bus Lila 48 to the center of Petit Mars.
- From Nantes airport take a taxi or tram + train or tram + bus.
- By boat to the port La Rivière in Petit Mars then we pick you up or you continue on foot or by bike.
